In the COVID era, a favorite activity has been listening to a good audiobook while going for a long walk. I have some audiobooks I only "let" myself listen to while walking. It's been a great way to really give my brain some relief from thinkingworryingthinkingworrying ;-)

In addition to modeling taking time to do what cultivates resilience, I think it's so helpful to notice and support it when you see your fellow team members doing it. Sometimes I still feel guilty when I take time for myself and it really helps me when I hear from a colleague that they see and support that instead of silently judging me as I might fear.
